• Referral Development & Sales
• Actively cultivate and maintain relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, physicians, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Present and promote our rehabilitation services, targeted therapy programs, and specialty care offerings.
• Conduct regular hospital rounds, in-services, and educational presentations to increase awareness of facility capabilities.
• Admissions Support
• Serve as the point of contact for hospital staff and families during the patient transition process.
• Coordinate with admissions teams to ensure timely pre-admission assessments, insurance authorizations, and smooth transfers.
• Identify and troubleshoot barriers to discharge and placement.
• Market Intelligence
• Track referral trends, competitor activity, and hospital census shifts to identify opportunities.
• Report weekly on outreach efforts, admissions pipeline, and referral outcomes.
• Community Engagement
• Represent the organization at hospital events, CEU programs, health fairs, and professional networking activities.
• Collaborate with internal marketing to align outreach with branding and growth initiatives.
