Utilities are included (but additional during summer month) and wifi. The room is pretty cold during winter because of the big windows. Heater is provided but you can do additional electric heater if desired warmer room. Roommates are working weekdays 5 days a week. Bathroom will be shared with 1 person only. We are looking for female roommate only. Knows how to respect other roommates and clean their own mess. We strictly dont do overnight guess, no smoking inside the apartment or room and no strong smell/scent of food when cooking. Pets are not allowed in the building.
