-Good light - 3 windows but also stays somewhat cool I've been in the les past 8 years and lived here for past few and love the place. I'm in between jobs and want to take the time to explore some far away places for a little. The building is a small quirky lower east side/ two bridges building so looking for someone chill that respects it and my neighbors while here. It's a couple blocks from dime square and trader joes but also on a quiet block to be able to recharge. Looking for just first months and months worth for deposit to move in. Utilities average $150 (from $50 to $300+ during couple winter months due to electric heat) + internet (think $60ish). Although a previous sublet kept it almost half that. Feel free to send me some info about yourself if you're interested (income/job, situation, sublet length, etc.). If its on c-list its still available. I know nyc apartment searching is hard out there and I bounced sublet to sublet myself before this place with good success so just trying to give someone a solid spot for a little while also helping me out.
