-Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
-Keep prep stations and storage areas organized at all times
-Support chefs and line cooks to ensure smooth service
-Complete prep efficiently and consistently within scheduled hours Qualifications: -Previous professional kitchen or prep experience (2 years minimum)
