At Smitty SmartyPants Daycare, you’ll help foster a safe, joyful, and enriching environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Whether it’s story time, snack time, or outdoor play, you’ll be part of the everyday moments that shape young lives. Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with diapering, feeding, and nap routines
Supporting teachers with lessons and daily activities
Leading creative play and outdoor exploration
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe space
Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have experience with young children (daycare, babysitting, or similar)
Are patient, dependable, and full of positive energy
Communicate clearly and enjoy being part of a team
Can pass a background check
Have or are willing to get CPR/First Aid certification Bonus Points For:
A CDA or Early Childhood Education degree
Experience in a licensed childcare setting
