• Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to our recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and inventory management.
• Ensure food is cooked, plated, and served in a timely manner during service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff and support the Chef as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications:
• Previous line cook or kitchen experience.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
