We’re looking for a part-time Industry Outreach Specialist to help us build and maintain relationships with agencies, production teams, editors and creative partners. Track, organize and maintain ongoing conversations and leads
Identify potential opportunities across agencies, post houses and content studios
Support light project coordination as creative work moves forward
Prepare and share reels, playlists, links and materials. What Helps You Succeed: Experience or familiarity with advertising, production, post-production, or media
Strong communication skills and comfort initiating conversations
Organized, reliable, and proactive about follow-up
Awareness of culture, storytelling and how creative work is made
Interest in music, audio or sound design (a plus but not required) What to Know: Part-time / freelance structure with flexible scheduling
