We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead one of our high-performing NYC locations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and leads by example — developing teams, elevating guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
You’ll work closely with the executive leadership team to oversee daily operations while embodying the values of excellence, accountability, and hospitality. This role offers tremendous growth potential within a respected and expanding restaurant group. What You’ll Do
As the General Manager, you are the cornerstone of the restaurant’s success — the vital link between the executive leadership team and your in-store management team, including the Executive Kitchen Manager and Assistant General Managers.
You’ll set the tone for clear communication, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring every aspect of operations — from guest experience to financial performance — runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations with precision, consistency, and care.
Conduct full restaurant walkthroughs, monitor systems, and coach the team toward excellence.
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing management and hourly team focused on service and quality.
Maintain top-tier food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with NYC DOH regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH for consistent guest satisfaction.
Engage with guests and the local community, representing the brand with warmth and professionalism.
Oversee labor targets, scheduling, and team development to optimize efficiency and morale.
Partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager on culinary standards, hiring, and team culture.
Lead courier and off-premise operations with strong communication and accuracy.
Act as the main point of leadership and escalation, ensuring calm, confident, and effective problem-solving. Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fast-casual, or QSR concept.
Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L, and cost management.
NYC Food Handlers Card required (ServSafe preferred).
Proficiency with POS, scheduling, and inventory systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. What We Offer:
Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Healthcare Stipend: $1,000 per month
Quarterly Performance Bonus: up to $8,000 annually
Paid Time Off: 2 weeks per year
