Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with ownership on the opening menu
Build and lead the kitchen team
Collaborate with front of house management and staff to create a delightful experience for our customers
Coordinate facility maintenance and sanitation
Work with ownership and management to build an atmosphere of kindness and mutual respect for team members, customers, and community. Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ management experience
Experience or deep knowledge of Greek cuisine
Experience managing labor and food cost
Willingness to take direction and coaching from ownership
DOHMH Food Handler’s Certificate Compensation:
Competitive, based on experience, with bonuses based on sales and other goals. Benefits:
