You’ll help conduct showings for active rental listings throughout Bronx neighborhoods such as Pelham Bay, Kingsbridge, Mott Haven, and Fordham. Most appointments are pre-scheduled with qualified leads, and the schedule is flexible — ideal for agents building their pipeline or balancing other commitments. Compensation:
-Pay per showing ($35–$50, depending on location) or hourly for grouped showings
-Additional flat bonuses or incentives may be offered for consistent work or referrals Requirements:
-Active New York Real Estate License
-Reliable transportation (car or easy subway access)
-Professional, dependable, and client-focused
-Comfortable communicating with renters and providing quick feedback after showings Responsibilities:
-Open and tour rental units with prospective tenants
-Provide brief feedback after each showing
