Preparing patients’ charts, note taking, daily schedules and rooms for the dental staff
Supporting dentist and staff needs such as periodontal charting for narratives and assisting as needed
Answering a multi-line phone system
Respond to customer service issues/concerns (customer service champion)
Social Media Maintenance and Content
Organize and clean rooms
Greet and welcome patients to the practice, fill out forms, Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
Insurance eligibility verification
Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Office, Vendor, Inventory and Maintenance Support
Candidate has to have 2+ years of experience, dental assisting registration or eligible for dental assistant registration, fluent in English, proficient in Open Dental software (or willing to learn prior to start of job), loves to work with people, able to keep a smile and be productive in a professional office.
